A reading at your tap
We measure hardness in grains per gallon and show you the result. Unlike a city report or state average, it is a reading from your home's water on the day of the visit.

An explanation you can use
We show where that number falls on the USGS scale and discuss household water use. The reading helps determine whether softening is useful and what capacity may be appropriate.

It is not a safety test
A hardness reading does not test for bacteria, lead, PFAS, or other contaminants. Those concerns require appropriate laboratory testing and should not be confused with softening.

We review the main line, drain, power, and available space before recommending a system or exact installation price. There is no obligation to buy after the free test.
